Shiba-zuke / Pickled Cucumber (Pink) [ 1KG / PACKET]
 
Shiba-zuke is a seasoned pickled that is mainly made from salted cucumber. While some other brands' Shibazuke are also pickled with eggplant, ginger and even shiso leaves.
 
Shibazuke is one of the common ingredient used for making Maki. Otherwise, they are usually found as a side dish or appetizer at bento sets in Japanese restaurants.
