Norway - Fresh Salmon Fillet

Our Salmon fishes are directly imported from Norway every 2-3 days, and are handled with care under SFA approval. Thus, they are as fresh as they can get.
Each Whole Salmon Fishes are being sliced into 2 pieces of Fillet, where the head, tail and most of the bones are removed. However, due to possible human error, please do ensure that all fish bones are completely removed before consuming them as Sashimi.
Each of the Salmon Fillet are being vacuum-packed. They will only be fillet-ed upon ordering - thus, we will deliver the Salmon within the next 2 days upon receiving your orders to maintain the freshness.
As they are utterly fresh, Japanese and some Western restaurants and cafes would just thinly slice them into Sashimi and serve them immediately. Otherwise, they are made into Sushi or Maki.
Grilling or Pan-fry this Salmon would be perfect to impress anyone, as you can taste the freshness within.

- Do ensure that cleanliness of hands and all equipment that would be used to handle the product.
- When repacking, do ensure to keep product sealed in an air-tight bag and place them in another air-tight container in the freezer to maintain the freshness.
- To enjoy the best taste, allow the product to slow thaw by placing them in the chiller section and thaw completely.
- They are only recommended to be consumed raw within 3 days upon delivering. Otherwise, only consume them after cooking.
- Jutrade will not be responsible of any mishandling of product and any medical issues that would occur with regard to this product.
