Nissin, being the famous brand of producing flour products in Japan, having this udon called as the "No. 1 Udon" says it all. It is one of the most popular udon in the Japan market. This Nissin Udon is made with their specialized wheat flour, salt and plenty of water through their own aging process. It is a slight chewy texture, but so nice to bite it.
